3.1 Equipment Inspection Window
If your gear arrives with a manufacturing defect (e.g., a flashlight that won’t ignite or a tent with a missing pole), you have 7 days to initiate a “Defect Report.” We offer a full replacement or repair once our technicians verify the issue at our Islamabad hub.
3.2 Return Conditions
Due to the rugged nature of our products:
- Unused Items: Can be returned within 7 days if they are in original, sellable condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Field-Tested Items: Gear that has been used in the outdoors cannot be returned unless a clear manufacturing defect is proven.
3.3 Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after the returned equipment passes our quality inspection.
